  Client - AlarmSecure

A PARTNERSHIP IN BUSINESS SUCCESS Security Services Company fits out their in-house Call Centre with the help of Technology Leasing

The Client AlarmSecure are a security services company, serving the private and small business market. As part of their planned expansion programme a 10 seat customer care centre was to be opened.

The centre would cater for both processing in-bound customer enquiries and also out-bound telesales. The Requirement The core requirements for the centre called for a server with 3rd party management software installed; 10 stations; wireless headsets and a bespoke CRM solution. There were also secondary requirements of desking, seating, filing cabinets, wall boards; in fact everything a typical call centre would require. The Result After a number of months investigating and selecting four preferred suppliers, the AlarmSecure management team turned to Technology Leasing to organise the funding.

The funding was secured and in place within 3 days, with Technology Leasing taking responsibility to liaise with suppliers, organise delivery and defray relevant payments.

This left the AlamSecure team to focus on their core business and delivering a call centre that would enhance their business. The Requirement Although T2 has a subscription payment solution, this still throws up variables such as irregular payments, maintenance levels, future growth in user numbers etc. What T2 were looking for was a payment solution that would offer the financial department a fixed payment for ease of budgeting which would include all maintenance, additional future licences, business, expansion ect, but deliver flexibility to company operations allowing the acquisition of product levels as and when business demanded. Additional maintenance costs, increase in licences and therefore fees, would not become a Capex issue, all in all what was required was a fully flexible payments solution that could mirror a businesses development cycle .

The Result After a number of months investigating the leasing market the T2 team selected SoftwareForLife from Technology Leasing.
